December 5th, 2013 – Your Expanding Consciousness – Roots and Wings
The main subject of today’s call was:
Your Expanding Consciousness – Roots and Wings
“Consciousness is the basis of all life and the field of all possibilities.
Its nature is to expand and unfold its full potential. The impulse to evolve
is thus inherent in the very nature of life.” ― Maharishi Mahesh Yogi
“When you open up to the ultimate, immediately it pours into you.
You are no longer an ordinary human being – you have transcended.
Your insight has become the insight of the whole existence.
Now you are no longer separate – you have found your roots.” – Osho
1) Get centered
2) Imagine yourself as a tree. How deep are your roots at this time?
If you don’t see any roots, where is your energy now?
3) Make a conscious decision to be in your body and let yourself root
deeply into your foundation and to the planet.
4) As you do this let yourself feel the connectedness and embrace of
the planet. You are connecting to the oneness. You are becoming a
channel for the divine.
5) Let yourself feel the pulse of this connectedness in your body. Move
and sway with this energy and let it live in you. This is only natural – to live
your divine essence on the planet while being fully grounded and
supported from all that IS.
Liz: I am feeling very impatient on many fronts in my life, i.e. – job worrying about
being laid off before finding the “right” opportunity for me, impatient to meet my
soul mate and have children (I’m open to how they come to me, adoption, donor
or blessed with my own) – My 45th Birthday is next week and feel time is ticking
away. I am worried that my impatience is keep these things at bay.
Julie: The honeymoon phase is over on my second marriage, and “behind closed
doors” I’m really not very nice to this husband, either. As a child I cringed at how my
mom treated my dad and I saw the same pattern in my grandparents. Over and over
I commit to being open, loving and just plain nice to my husband, and try as I might,
it doesn’t last long. How can I stick to treating this wonderful man with the kindness
and respect he deserves?
