October 3rd, 2013 – Taking the Trust Walk
Today’s call was great!

Taking the trust walk

1) Get centered
2) Focus on the energy of trust. Where do you feel this in your body?
3) Next make an intention. What do you choose for yourself?
(Example: this could simply be, I choose inner peace. Other examples; I choose
greater health, financial wealth, happiness.) Be sure to get clear and specific.
4) From this space ask yourself – What is my next step?
(Let it simply be one step) Once that step is complete, redo the exercise to
determine the next step.
Tari: I have the internal question – Am I enough? Is this my ego or is this something
more? I also feel that I’m ready to go back to work. Why is this not happening faster?
